Case studies in preparation
Our project portfolio is being prepared for publication, including client permissions on the facilities we can name. We would rather show you a handful of real projects with real numbers than a page of stock photography.
In the meantime, we will walk you through directly comparable work on a call, including references from owners who have been through the process with us. If you have a specific building type in mind, ask and we will tell you what we have delivered that resembles it.
The Kind of Work We Take On
Across three decades of cold chain delivery, most projects fall into one of these.
Ground-up distribution facilities
Multi-temperature distribution centres for 3PLs, grocery, and food processors, typically 80,000 to 250,000 SF, mixing frozen, cooler, and ambient zones under one roof with dock configurations built around reefer traffic.
Dry-to-cold conversions
Existing industrial converted to refrigerated use. The work is governed by slab condition, achievable clear height after insulated ceiling, and whether the site can obtain the electrical service the plant requires.
Blast freeze and processing
Facilities running to −40 °C, where peak load, airflow across product, and envelope detailing carry far tighter tolerances than storage-only buildings.
Plant replacement and expansion
Refrigeration plant replacement in operating facilities, and expansions onto live buildings, sequenced so the existing operation keeps running through the work.
Ask about comparable work
Tell us the building you are contemplating and we will walk you through what we have delivered that matches it, with references.
